1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 3kvib platform and all its associated services, and each user. By accessing 3kvib's website, app, or any other digital channel, by creating an account, or by using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The key definitions used in this document are described below:

• "Platform" — 3kvib's website (3kvib.cam) and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" — the personal user profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Funds" — currency or credits deposited into or earned within a user's account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential and secure. Any transaction or activity carried out using your account will be treated as your own action, unless you promptly notify 3kvib of any unauthorized access. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating or operating multiple accounts is considered a serious violation and all associated accounts will be closed immediately. In such cases, all funds and bonuses in the accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

3kvib reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing false information
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents in a timely manner
• Attempting to harm other users of the platform

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply to depositing funds on the 3kvib platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposited funds must be sent only from the user's own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• After a deposit is successfully verified, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

3kvib offers a welcome bonus for new users. The current welcome bonus terms are:

• Bonus rate: 150% bonus on the first deposit.
• Maximum bonus amount: Up to ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general policies apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately. Real funds are always used before bonus funds.
• 3kvib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A user's account must be fully verified to be eligible to receive bonuses.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

3kvib's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the player's overall activity and consistency. The cashback amount and distribution schedule are at 3kvib's discretion and may change at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the 3kvib platform are operated by certified software providers and run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 3kvib is committed to ensuring fair play, and any artificial interference with game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Using fraudulent tactics to obtain bonus or promotional benefits.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Conducting fraudulent activities in collusion with other users.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward the platform or its staff.
